The Oncology Children’s Foundation, funds research for the childhood cancers that have the lowest survival rates. The fight to find cures for childhood cancer is one of medicine’s greatest success stories. Fifty years ago only two percent of children with cancer survived. That figure has now risen to 80 percent. A sustained and growing investment in research is allowing earlier diagnosis, better treatments and fewer side effects.
Cancer Council NSW is a community funded, community focused cancer charity dedicated to the defeat of cancer. Through the development of prevention strategies, research into new treatments and cures, and by providing clinical and emotional support to those affected by cancer, the Cancer Council works towards their vision of a society where lives are not cut short by or their quality diminished by cancer.
Clime is proud to be a corporate partner of the Aboriginal Employment Strategy (AES), which aims to help young indigenous people find employment and build careers. In November 2011, we will welcome an Aboriginal trainee to our business for one year, helping them further their education and career opportunities.

Clime Group is proud to support the Movember effort to change the face of men’s health.
Once again, during the month of November (2011) a few members of the Clime team will donate their upper lip to the cause to raise awareness of the two biggest health issues men face – prostate cancer and depression.
Funds raised are directed to programs run directly by Movember and their men’s health partners, the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and beyondblue: the national depression initiative.
