Mark Osborn was appointed Non-Executive Chairman on 23 May 2011.
Mark Osborn was appointed Director of Clime Investment Management Limited in March 2006.
Mark has accumulated a wealth of experience in the financial services sector, having served in senior positions with large multi-national corporations in both the UK and Australia . A qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he has worked for Coopers & Lybrand, JP Morgan, Citibank, Bankers Trust and Prudential.
John Abernethy
Executive Director
John Abernethy was appointed Director of Clime Investment Management Limited in November 1994.
He is also a non-executive Director of Jasco Holdings Limited as well as listed entities Headline Group Limited, Wilson Investment Fund Limited, Australian Leaders Fund Limited and WAM Active Limited.
John has over twenty-four years experience in funds management and corporate advisory. He spent ten years at NRMA Investments as Head of Equities, managing portfolios of approximately $2 billion. In 1994 he joined Poynton Corporate Limited as an Executive Director before forming Clime Investment Management Limited (formerly Loftus Capital Partners Limited) in 1996.
David Schwartz
Non- Executive Director
David Schwartz was appointed Director of Clime Investment Management Limited in October 1999.
He is Chairman of Pascoes Pty Limited, ToLife Technologies Pty Limited, Stefani Australasia Pty Limited and listed company ADG Global Supply Limited. David Schwartz is also a Director of Schaffer Corporation Limited and Betts Group Pty Limited.
David has many years of experience in successfully managing manufacturing and distribution businesses in Australia and South Africa . He has played an active role in utilising his network of contacts in Australian business to identify profitable business and investment opportunities for the company.
Neil Schafer
Non – Executive Director
Neil Schafer was appointed Director of Clime Investment Management Limited in January 2011. Neil has extensive experience in the Funds Management, Banking and Financial Services sectors and holds a First Class Honour’s Degree in Applied Economics, from the University of New England. Neil’s business development experience and knowledge of the Funds Management industry will add significant capabilities to the Board and guidance to the Executive Team.
