Clime AFM, previously Australian Financial Management (Investment) Pty Ltd, was founded in 1999 by Warren Brooks. In 2007, AFM became part of the Clime Group.

Warren Brooks, CFP
Managing Director and Founder, Clime AFM
Warren is the Managing Director and Founder of Clime AFM. He has more than 35 years experience in the finance and securities industry. Warren holds numerous qualifications, including the Securities Institute of Australia Certificate, Diploma of Financial Planning and an Unrestricted Dealers Licence awarded by ASIC.
Warren’s career began as a script clerk with stockbroking firm William, Tilley, Hudson & Evans in 1970. Over the next 15 years Warren’s appointments included stockbroking and money market and merchant banking, before becoming Manager – Treasury Operations NSW with Merchant Banking firm Marac Australia Ltd. For most of the 1990’s Warren operated as a proper authority holder with Winchcombe Carson Financial Planning Pty Ltd and then with Retirewell Financial Planning Pty Ltd before founding AFM in January 1999.
Will Goodair, Adv Dip FS [FP]
Manager Investor Services
Will brings over 7 years experience in financial services and banking to Clime AFM, including 5 years financial planning experience that included the accolade of Suncorp Financial Planner of the year 2003/4 and 2005/6. Joining the group in February 2008, Will’s speciality lies in the creation of strategies for SMSF’s and retirement planning. Will holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services from Tribeca.
Anna Taylor, BComm
Client Relationship Manager
Anna joined Clime AFM in 2007 as a Client Relationship Manager. Anna has four years experience in the Financial Services industry, where she has worked in administration, customer relations, business development and sales management. Anna has completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of New South Wales.
Kerrie Hayward
Office Manager
Kerrie is AFM’s Office Manager and has been with the firm since June 1999. Kerrie has over twenty years experience in the financial services industry. Her strong administration and organisational skills keeps the office running at peak efficiency.
Dianne Davis
Client Service Officer
Dianne joined Clime as a part-time Client Service Officer in 2007. She has many years experience in the stockbroking industry, including a client advisory role for Ord Minnett Ltd. Dianne is resuming her career after having a break to raise her family.
