David Schwartz
Chairman, Clime Investment Management

David Schwartz has many years of experience successfully managing manufacturing and distribution businesses in Australia and South Africa. He has been a Director of Clime Investment Management, formerly Loftus Capital Partners, since 1998.

In addition to being Chairman of the Board, David is also Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee.

David is the Chairman of chemical manufacturer and distributor Pascoes Pty Limited, HomeLeisure Limited, ToLife Technologies Pty Limited and Stefani Pure Water Australasia Pty Limited. He is also the Director of Schaffer Corporation Limited and Betts Group Pty Ltd.

John Abernethy B.Comm (Econ) LL.B
Managing Director, Clime Investment Management

John Abernethy was appointed Director of Clime Investment Management in July 2005. He is Managing Director of listed company Clime Investment Management (ASX:CIW), and Non Executive Director of Jasco Holdings Limited, HomeLeisure Limited, Wilson Investment Fund Limited and Wilson Leaders Limited.

John Abernethy has over twenty-four years experience in funds management and corporate advisory. He spent ten years at NRMA Investments as Head of Equities managing portfolios of approximately $2 billion. In 1994 John joined Poynton Corporate Limited as an Executive Director before forming Clime (formerly Loftus) in 1996.

Mark Osborn BA (Hons) Exon, ACA, FAICD
Non-Executive Director, Clime Investment Management

Mark Osborn has accumulated a wealth of experience in the financial services sector, having served in senior positions with large multinational corporations in both the UK and Australia. Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mark has previously worked for Coopers & Lybrand, JP Morgan, Citibank, Bankers Trust and Prudential.

Mark is the Chairman of Clime Investment Management’s Audit Committee and a Member of the Remuneration Committee.
