To begin your relationship with Clime, please download and complete our Client Profile Form. This form allows us to determine the appropriateness of our services to your personal financial situation so that we may carry out our obligations under the Corporations Act.
Once complete, please fax the Client Profile Form to 02 9252 8422 or post it to Reply Paid R1297 Royal Exchange NSW 1224. Upon receipt, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time to meet and discuss how we can begin an investment partnership with you.
