Our Beliefs
As value investors, we know that price is not value – price is what we must pay, value is what we receive.
Our job is to pay less for an investment that the value we receive.
Our investment process is underpinned by three fundamental beliefs:
1. The preservation of capital is critical to maximising the investment return.
2. The sustainable return on equity of a company determines the value of that company.
3. The value of a company will be reflected in the company’s share price in the medium term.
