Performance and Valuation

The Performance and Valuation screen provides a summary of the core profitability information for that company, as well as the actual valuation and current price for that company.

The Normalised Return on Equity (NROE) is our assessment of profitability (as opposed to raw profit) and takes into account the amount of Shareholders Equity employed in order to generate that profit.

The Performance Chart clearly shows you the recent profitability of the company and how much of that profit has been distributed as dividends and how mcu was re-invested in the organization.

The NROE is one of the key elements of our valuation, as is the Required Return, which is the level of return required in order to justify an investment in a particular company. Together these two elements form our Intrinsic Value calculation for a stock.

MyClime Pro users can chose which Return on Equity and Required Rate of Return to use as the basis for the valuation of the stock.
