Chief Executive Officer
Rod has 25 years’ experience in the financial services, consulting and agribusiness fields. He commenced with Clime as CEO in September 2018, responsible for developing and delivering group strategy to meet Clime’s strategic, financial and operational objectives.
Previous roles Rod has held include Chief Operating Officer, Responsible Manager and alternate Managing Director at Commonwealth Securities Limited; national Chief Executive of Australia’s largest environmental NGO, Greening Australia Limited; and Managing Director and CEO of Infocus Wealth Management Limited.
Rod holds a Bachelor of Science (Forestry) from the Australian National University. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed post-graduate studies at the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and INSEAD.
Biju Vikraman Bcom, ACA, AGIA, ACIS
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Mr. Biju Vikraman manages the Group’s finance, reporting and compliance functions.
Mr. Vikraman holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, India and is an Australian and Indian Chartered Accountant. Mr. Vikraman has 20 years’ experience across accounting, audit, finance and governance and has held senior roles with big 4 Accounting Firms and listed entities within Australia, India and Africa.
Mr. Vikraman is also an associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Chief Operating Officer
Sarah Bolouri was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in July 2019, leading a new Operations function with responsibility for Marketing, Compliance, HR and Projects.
Sarah’s background includes as a senior executive with the Ethics Centre, helping support the business with strategic, operational and project delivery. Sarah has also worked as a consultant to a Dubai-based private equity business and as COO, Global Markets Strategy and Transformation at CBA, where she implemented a range of change initiatives including regulatory reforms and commercial projects to deliver enhanced revenue outcomes for the Global Markets business.
Head of Investments
Adrian joined Clime Investment Management in April 2007 and is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities across a broad range of sectors. In addition, Adrian has primary responsibility for the management of Clime’s Small Cap Sub-Portfolios and the Clime Smaller Companies Fund.
Prior to joining Clime, Adrian held various positions in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), sporting and real estate industries.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wollongong, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional and a Graduate Certificate of Sports Management from the University of Canberra.
He retains a healthy passion for sport, having previously played representative cricket in England and locally for Illawarra, North Sydney, NSW Country & Australian Country.
General Manager Private Wealth & Distribution
Adam is a Senior Executive with over 18 years Financial Services experience. He commenced with Clime as the General Manager of Private Wealth & Distribution in January 2019 with the responsibility to execute on strategy to deliver substantial growth in total assets under management within the Clime Group. Further to this he will also lead & oversee the Private Wealth & Distribution functions of Clime including Private Wealth Advice, Clime Direct, Clime Super (SMSF Administration), external distribution and referral partnerships across the Clime group.
Prior to joining Clime Adam has held positions as General Manager of Yellow Brick Road Wealth Management, Head of BT Private Wealth Financial Planning and Head of Financial Advice & Investments at NAB Private Wealth. Across all those companies Adam’s key responsibility was to oversee all aspects of Private Wealth Services & Distribution of solutions to High Net Worth Clients.
Adam holds a Bachelor Degrees in both Economics, Banking & Finance with a Sub Major in Law. In addition to this he has an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) having completed the certification with the Financial Planning Australia (FPA) association.
